Xpress Group have signed up to the services provided by The Printing Charity

Established in in 1827 in Poultry, London, the charity is one of the oldest benevolent charities in the UK. Their support for staff covers practical, emotional, and financial areas. This is even more relevant due to the rise in mental health issues since the pandemic began.

Our staff now have free access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services provided around the clock via a 24/7 telephone helpline and supplementary online chat. Trained counsellors are there to provide in the moment emotional support but can also extend to sessions of online or face-to-face counselling. Information and advice specialists can help with a whole range of subjects from relationship advice, housing, and workplace issues.

The charity also offers financial support for those who may need a lifeline if facing a financial shock, whether to help cover unexpected emergencies, household goods, or bereavement support. Their team will always see how best they can help individuals.
