Booklet Printing

Booklets are a great low-cost way to get your messaging or event noticed

Often printed in A5 or A6 and with a simple saddle stitch finish (stapled).

Regular clients for these products include those organising trade shows and events (B2B and B2C), membership organisations such as golf clubs and often as orders of service.

Booklets are always printed using multiples of 4 pages. This is because we typically use A4 paper folded to A5.

As with all print, we produce on a variety of paper stocks and with a finish to meet your needs and budget.

Using our HP digital press, short runs are easy, though we can often do print runs into the thousands using litho.

Print ready design

Xpress print from your own print ready designs or make print ready from your artwork.

See our FAQ page for more information on ‘Print Ready’.

That said, as a company with print design experts in house, we can of course produce eye catching designs for you.

Binding options

For booklet printing with up to around 40 pages, straightforward saddle-stitching (staples down the spine) is recommended. If you have more pages, perfect binding (a spine like a book) is often the most suitable option.

Other types of binding include comb, spiral, case, and lay flat.

Our team will work closely with you to achieve the best results on your booklet printing within your budget.

Training and technical manuals

Though a lot of training is now done online with information kept on computers, we still produce print versions for clients.

This can be a one-off to multiple copies.

Our hand finishing team carefully insert pages into bespoke binders and folders. To this we sometimes add USB sticks and other items such as pens.

We can also put in Z Fold pages. These are larger pages that fold out such as maps, charts, and technical drawings. They are then folded typically to fit an A4 folder.
